1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
If a product is out of stock or delayed for any reason, the customer will be notified.
2. Shipping Charges
Standard and express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may be available for orders over $100 (if you choose to offer it).
3. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order is delayed for more than 7 days, customers should contact support.
